I finally had the chance to read the fourth Ernest Cunningham novel from Benjamin Stevenson. His other books, in order, were: Everyone In My Family Has Killed Someone, Everyone on This Train is a Suspect, and Everyone This Christmas Has a Secret. By clicking on each title you can read my thoughts on each one. The latest is Everyone in This Bank is a Thief.
Ernest likes to keep his readers “in the loop.” He is an honest narrator. He will often let you know what is coming up in the chapters ahead, and makes sure that you get all the clues that he does along the way. He gives the readers everything they need to know to solve the mystery with him. I think that’s why I like this series so much. Anyway, here is the Amazon synopsis:

Who is stealing what? Are they willing to kill for it? And can I solve the crime before the police kick down the door and rescue us?
All in all another delightful mystery. Did I figure it out? No, but it was still fun to see how close I was to figuring it out. I did figure out a few of the clues, but some were tricky. It did not take away from the story or my enjoyment of the story.
Worth the read.
