It was a very busy weekend for me. I had Thursday off work because we had an out of town sleep conference to go to. It was held in Ann Arbor. Originally, Sam and I were both going to go, but her starting her new job fell in a way that she couldn’t go. So instead of staying in a hotel, I drove down early in the morning and stayed all day.
It was a great day of learning and our company was well represented. Many of the folks had left before we could get a group photo, so some are missing. It’s always great when the docs and the bosses are there with us. I’m already looking forward to next year.

Saturday, we were up early and headed to a Trunk or Treat that was hosted by the Sleep/Neurology staff. They had a DJ, pizza, loads of cars and a dancing frog. Ella, of course, had to get a picture with it.

Later that evening, we found out one of our friends was having a Trunk or Treat for her church. We hadn’t seen here in a while, so drove over there before dinner. This one had a very cool train set up (I neglected to get a photo) with what seemed like hundreds of Lego characters. The trains were circus oriented and they had a big top and everything t hat the trains went around.
They also saved us from having to make dinner as they had hot dogs and stuff to eat. They kids loved every second.

Sunday, my in-laws took us out to lunch after church. It was a time of good conversation and we got to see one of Sam’s aunts who we hadn’t seen in awhile. When we got home, we went to work on a project for Ella’s school and Mabel got to try on her Christmas sweater that Sam bought her.

Finally, on Monday I started to rake the leaves that had started to fall in the yard. However, it didn’t help. The kids were outside and decided that a leaf pile is just to fun to jump in. You know what? They are right!

Hope you had a great weekend! Here’s to another great week!
