Midweek Motivations


I was going through a flash drive earlier today and stumbled on a folder I labeled “Lists to Live By.”  I had obviously forgot about this folder, and as I went through it, I thought I would share.  Not only are they something I need to remind myself of daily, perhaps you will find them beneficial as well.


7 Cardinal Rules For Life

  1. Make peace with your past so it won’t disturb your present.
  2. What other people think of you is none of your business
  3. Time heals almost everything.  Give it time.
  4. No one is in charge of your happiness – except you!
  5. Don’t compare your life to others. Don’t judge them – you have no idea what their journey is all about.
  6. Stop thinking too much.  It’s alright not to know all the answers.  They will come to you when you least expect it.
  7. Smile.  You don’t own all the problems in the world.

      1. Yes I didn’t know how down I was…I got out today to clean my car out in this humidity and I was swaying…I’m just now getting my strength back…but long story short…I am feeling normal now…just weak.
