With all the talk about the new Indiana Jones movie (I still haven’t seen it), there has been no shortage of things about the character and Harrison Ford online. I stumbled on something that I thought was cool and thought you might get a kick out of it, too.

Right up front, I will tell you AI scares me. However, when they use it for stuff like this, I think it is cool. You may remember that Tom Selleck was the first choice to play Indiana Jones in the first movie. Things didn’t go as planned and Harrison Ford landed the role. But what if other actors were slated to play Indy?

AI takes the “what if” and offers what Indiana Jones might of looked like if played by ….

I'm just a guy who likes the classics. I love Old Time Radio Shows. I love Classic TV. I love Classic Movies. I love songs from the "Great American Songbook". I dig songs from the first decade of Rock and Roll. Don't get me wrong, I am not opposed to newer things. My musical taste ranges from Classical to Classic Rock and Country to Rap.   3. Good stuff! What’s interesting to me is that, usually, it’s hard to imagine a different actor playing a familiar role like that, but in the case of Indiana Jones, it’s more like anybody could have done it and it would have been OK. Indiana’s just a regular guy.

  6. That was great! I feel the same way you do about AI but I would have enjoyed seeing more. When I first read the title of the post, I was hoping it would be about George Harrison but that OK; I love Indy and am looking forward to the new movie. For me, Harrison Ford IS Indiana Jones!
    PS: If you haven’t seen HF in the updated “Call of the Wild” movie, watch it. He is wonderful (as always) and the computer generated dogs/wolves were impressive.
