One of the blogs that I follow announced that bloggers from across the Internet were invited to take part in a “blogathon” next month. The blogs will all feature classic film duos, some of which you can see in the above image. Each blogger will write about a different duo, and you had to submit your duo for approval.
I love this idea. I will be participating in it. It will come as no surprise to you that I have chosen the duo of Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin. Watch for the blog May 19th and 20th. I will also post a link to the other various blogs who are participating as well.
Various Ramblings of a Nostalgic Italian 
Dean Martin and Frank Sinatra were a gift. A present from the Gods; the likes of which we’ll never see again. If they made a new film together now I would literally sprint to the cinema to see it. I’ll have to have a think who my favourite classic on-screen duo is, off the top of my head I’d say Jack Lemmon and Walter Matthau. I can watch their movies over and over again.
