Knowing Liam Neeson was in the area filming the movie Hard Powder (released as Cold Pursuit), the Big Star Sandwich company, a Canadian sandwich shop got a surprise visit from the actor. The shop’s manager, a superfan named Matt, put out a chalkboard sign that read: “Liam Neeson eats here for free.”
About seven hours after the sign went up, Neeson actually walked through the door and asked in his famous, intimidating voice, “Where’s my free sandwich?”
I can only imagine how cool that must have been for the manager and the customers who were at the shop!
I’ve never met Neeson, but he certainly has a reputation of being a nice guy who is good to fans. He also has no issue having fun, as one can see in his famous Easter Bunny comedy sketch from Stephen Colbert’s show…

I dig songs from the first decade of Rock and Roll. Don't get me wrong, I am not opposed to newer things. My musical taste ranges from Classical to Classic Rock and Country to Rap. I love a good book and am always looking for something to read. I tend to lean toward historical fiction, biographies, mysteries, and more.
